No particular food but definitely a meal. Rice, baked chicken, some broccoli and baked potatoes. Usually topped off with some good water if I can. Filling and filled with protein with a good portion.
A lat spread and a neutral back pose. The front needs a better camera but I’ll get to that when I get the chance. Looking a bit better then where I started but a longs way to go.
